Apple is in many lawsuits with different big companies on different patent matters and Licensing
Apple want to settle down Patent fight wiht Samsung and Motorola
agreements. These Lawsuits are running from last year but no one one completely won these legal battles and just got some little victories in the result of lot of money wastes on legal issues, companies resources. Apple’s big competitors are Samsung Motorola on the patent fighting issues. Now it is looking like that
Apple wants to end up these endless legal stories by offering $5 to $15 per handset for some of its patents.

Apple won injuctions against motorola using Photo Gallery Patent and may be force motoroal to destroy phones in Germany
Apple won injunction against Motorola over the Photo gallery patent
reported by Fosspatents. A couple of months before, Apple go in German court against Motorola for the violation of using the Photo gallery patent. And at the first day of this month, Munich I Regional Court take decision in the favor of Apple. Judge Dr. Peter Guntz

Apple made an announcement for its Germany users that iCloud and MobileMe push email service is temporarily disabled due to patent fight with Motorola in Germany.
Apple make this announcement on official site.
Here we want to rememorized you that a couple of week ago, we told you that Apple won a ruling against Motorola over slide to unlock patent. An other issue in which Motorola demands to Apple about 2.25% of its profits against using their wireless patent.
But Apple gave statement to its German users that this problem will be solve in short time.

banned products will be back to Germany’s online store. The court believes that Apple using Motorola wireless patents, and according to legal rules Apple has to paid to Motorola.
